Property type that contains one object, which is a diggs:Parameter, a
diggs:AuthorizedParameter or a diggs:ProvenancedParameter inline. Use
diggs:Parameter where the parameter name is uncontrolled free text;
diggs:AuthorizedParameter where the name is bound to a dictionary definition and the
data type of the value is declared; diggs:ProvenancedParameter where, in addition,
the subject and source of the value need stating.
