A reference to a measurement, a test or a monitoring reading, that provides the
provenance of a diggs:ProvenancedParameter value. Repeat where a value derives from
more than one measurement, for example a correlation drawing on several tests. Do
not mix with diggs:sourceObservationRef or diggs:sourceSamplingFeatureRef on the
