A record that realized work departed from a stated requirement, and what was decidedabout it. Contained in a diggs:AcceptanceEvaluation, and normally cites thediggs:AcceptanceCheck that found the departure. It records the engineering contentof the finding, not its administration: a non-conformance report as a document is anattachment (the inherited associatedFile), a project reference number is theinherited gml:name, the open, closed or superseded state is the inheriteddiggs:status, and the narrative of the finding and its resolution is the inheritedremark. The non-conforming work is identified by at least one of samplingFeatureRef,sampleRef, samplingActivityRef, constructionActivityRef, measurementRef orobservationSystemRef, and subjectLocation narrows it to the part concerned. Themandatory gml:id lets a remedial design or a later evaluation cite it. Generic: anyconstruction domain that states acceptance criteria can fail to meet them.
Database handle for the object. It is of XML type ID, so is constrained to beunique in the XML document within which it occurs. An external identifier for the object inthe form of a URI may be constructed using standard XML and XPointer methods. This is doneby concatenating the URI for the document, a fragment separator, and the value of the idattribute.
