A single planar triangle that is one patch of a diggs:TriangulatedSurface. It is the
triangle-only counterpart of diggs:PlanarSurfacePatch: exactly one required exterior
boundary (no interior rings, since a triangle has no holes), whose ring shall be a
gml:LinearRing with exactly four positions (three distinct corners, the first and
last coincident), the convention gml:Triangle uses. This is not machine-enforced by
the content model.
