A time object that contains a list of time intervals (durations or elapsed times)expressed as decimal values. The unit attribute gives the time unit of the list.
Database handle for the object. It is of XML type ID, so is constrained to beunique in the XML document within which it occurs. An external identifier for the object inthe form of a URI may be constructed using standard XML and XPointer methods. This is doneby concatenating the URI for the document, a fragment separator, and the value of the idattribute.
The base of the resolution of the values, as in gml:timeInterval: withfactor, the values are resolved to one radix^(-factor) of the unit. Forexample unit second, radix 10 and factor 3 give a resolution of onemillisecond.
