An AuthorizedParameter that additionally states what the value is applied to: apartial or global safety factor, or a material reduction factor. It names both thefactor itself (parameterName, dictionary-bound) and the action, material, resistanceor property it modifies (appliesTo). Used for the partial or global factor set adesign's safety format applies, and for geosynthetic reduction factors and materialfactors. The factor and what it applies to are two fields because the same partialfactor concept, such as a resistance factor, takes different values depending onwhat it is applied to; combining them in one dictionary entry name would multiplyentries across every standard and factor category.
Database handle for the object. It is of XML type ID, so is constrained to beunique in the XML document within which it occurs. An external identifier for the object inthe form of a URI may be constructed using standard XML and XPointer methods. This is doneby concatenating the URI for the document, a fragment separator, and the value of the idattribute.
An integer that indicates the position of the parameter in the order ofthe parameters of a result.
