Annotations

Information on chiseling activity in a hole. Used as legacy to directly
accommodate AGS CHIS group data. This property is deprecated and instead, data on
chiseling should be encoded within the BoreholeConstructionMethod object (to define
the interval over which chiseling occurs, chiseling tool used, and the
DrillAdvancement object to record chiseling rate of advancement.
